Your account

You need an account to use Amedeus. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at hello@amedeus.app if you think someone else has access.

You must be old enough to form a contract in your country to create an account.

Your content

Your team owns its messages, files and recordings. You give us only the permission needed to store and deliver them to your workspace members.

Don't use Amedeus for anything illegal, to harass others, or to distribute content you have no right to share. We may suspend workspaces that do.

Plans and payment

The Free plan covers messaging, threads, files and full history. Pro costs €5 per member per month and adds calls, AI agents and summaries. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Pro is billed monthly through Stripe and renews until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

AI features

AI agents and summaries generate text from your conversations. Treat their output as a draft: check important decisions, dates and code before relying on them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Amedeus fast and available, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may update these terms as the product evolves; we'll post the new version here with its date.
