The rules, in plain English.

Amedeus is operated by the Amedeus team. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you're using Amedeus on behalf of a company, you confirm you can bind that company to this agreement.

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your credentials private, use a real email, and tell us quickly if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 16 years old to use Amedeus.

Don't use Amedeus to build or ship anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't try to break the platform, scrape it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to train competing models. Don't run the crew against repos or systems you don't own or have permission for.

You keep ownership of the briefs, code, prompts and content you put into Amedeus. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that content so we can run the service for you. We don't use your content to train third-party models.

The crew produces code, reviews and text on your behalf. You're responsible for checking the output before shipping it. We don't guarantee output is fit for any particular purpose, free of bugs, or non-infringing — treat it like work from a capable but new colleague.

Paid plans renew automatically on the cycle you pick. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period. We refund pro-rata if we cause a material outage or remove a feature you paid for.

We improve Amedeus continuously. We may change features, prices and limits with reasonable notice. Material changes to these terms are announced by email and on the changelog at least 30 days before they take effect.

We can suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, abuse the platform, or put other users at risk. You can close your account at any time from settings — we'll delete your data within 30 days, except where law requires us to keep it.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to Amedeus is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence where required by consumer law, and otherwise by the laws of France. Disputes go to the competent courts of Paris, without prejudice to any consumer right to bring a claim locally.
